How to Use Your Oxi-Credits (OC)

Antioxi’s loyalty program rewards you with Oxi Credits (OC) that you can redeem for discounts on your orders. Follow this guide to redeem your OC and enjoy savings on your favourite products.

Step 1: Log In to Your Antioxi Account

• Visit the Antioxi website and log in to your account.
• If you don’t have an account, click Join Now to create one.

Step 2: Access Your Oxi Credits

Once logged in, you can view and manage your Oxi Credits through two methods:

Rewards Widget or Gift Icon

• On any page of the website, click the rewards widget located at the bottom-left corner of your screen.
• If you’re in your account dashboard, look for the gift icon in the bottom-left corner and click it.

Loyalty Page

• Navigate to the Loyalty Page to see your available Oxi Credits and manage your rewards.

Step 3: Redeem Your Oxi Credits

Once on the rewards screen or loyalty page, follow these steps to redeem your credits:

Using the Rewards Widget

• Click How to Spend.
• A second screen will appear with a scroll bar. Adjust the scroll bar to select the amount of Oxi Credits you’d like to redeem.

Using the Loyalty Page

• Scroll down to the Redeeming Oxi Credits section.
• Under Spending, select Order Discount.
• Adjust the amount of OC you want to redeem (e.g., 100 OC = £1.00 off).
• Click Redeem to generate a discount voucher.
• Once redeemed, you’ll receive a voucher code for the equivalent discount.

Step 4: Apply Your Discount

• Use your voucher code during checkout by entering it in the discount field.
• Alternatively, apply the voucher to your next subscription order.

How to Earn Oxi Credits:

Via Rewards Widget

• Click How to Earn.
• Follow the available tasks to earn credits.

Via Loyalty Page

• Scroll to the Earn Oxi Credits section.
• Select and complete any remaining tasks to accumulate credits.

View Rewards History

Check the status of your redeemed, used, and available vouchers on the View Rewards section.

Invite Friends, Earn Rewards

Here’s how to earn and redeem rewards through Antioxi’s referral program:

Share Your Referral Link

Send your unique referral link to friends. They must use this link to sign up for an account on the Antioxi website.

New User Signup

When your friend signs up through your link, their account will be linked to your referral.

Claim Your Reward

Once they’ve signed up, they can visit the Rewards section in their account to see the referral reward displayed.

The reward appears as a discount code, which they can copy and apply during checkout for their first purchase. They get 10% off and you get 300 OC.

Important Notes

Conversion Rate

• 100 OC = £1.00 off
• Examples: 500 OC = £5.00, 1000 OC = £10.00, 10000 OC = £100.00

Oxi Credits can only be redeemed as discount vouchers and applied to purchases on the Antioxi website.
