How do I check the status of my order?
Use your tracking number sent to you via E-mail or get in touch and we will assist you.
My tracking number hasn't updated, what do I do?
Please contact us to get more insight regarding the status of your parcel.
My order appears to be lost, what do I do?
This can often be a delay in tracking updates, or alternatively, there may have been an attempted delivery, but nobody was home.
If your tracking is stating an 'attempted delivery' please get in contact with your local post office to rearrange a delivery or a collection.
If after this, you still can't locate your order, please contact us and we'll be more than happy to assist!
