We dispatch from the fulfilment centre that serves your region to keep delivery fast and reliable.

  • United Kingdom: ships from the UK using Royal Mail
  • Europe (EU and Switzerland): ships from Paris, France using DPD, Colissimo Expert, Chronopost, UPS, Mondial Relay where available
  • United States: ships from the US using local postal partners such as USPS, DHL, FedEx, and UPS (carrier depends on service and address)
  • International (non EU and non US): ships from our UK hub using UPS and postal partners

How to read delivery estimates: delivery estimates are courier transit times after dispatch. You will receive a dispatch email with tracking when your parcel leaves the fulfilment centre.

Pick up points (Point Relais), lowest cost option

Pick up points are available in selected countries including Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain.

  2. Choose a pick up point after checkout or via your confirmation email if available
  3. Collect when the carrier notifies you

Pick up point pricing: shown at checkout and typically the lowest cost option. In some countries pick up point delivery can be free above a minimum order value shown at checkout.

Availability note: relay options can change based on capacity. If a selected relay reaches its quota the carrier may route your parcel to the nearest available relay point.

Home delivery options

  • Smart Saver Home: approximately 4 to 7 business days
  • Priority Home: approximately 2 to 3 business days in selected countries
  • Fast Track Express: approximately 1 to 2 business days in selected countries

Cut off time: 1:00 PM Paris time, Monday to Friday, for the best chance of same day dispatch.

EU deliveries: no import duties apply within the EU. VAT is collected at checkout where required.

Switzerland: import VAT or customs fees may apply depending on parcel value and Swiss customs policy.

Delivery rules and address changes

These rules prevent failed deliveries and delays.

  • No PO Boxes: including APO and FPO addresses. Couriers require a physical delivery address.
  • Address accuracy matters: if a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or failed delivery attempts, reshipping fees may apply.
  • Need to change your delivery address: contact us within 15 minutes of placing your order and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.

Currency note: prices may display in your local currency for convenience. However, all orders are charged in GBP. If you pay with a non GBP card, your bank may convert the amount using their exchange rate and may apply a foreign exchange fee.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering

Contact us within 15 minutes of placing your order and we will do our best to update it before dispatch. After this window we may not be able to change the address.

What if my parcel is returned or delivery attempts fail

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or failed delivery attempts, reshipping fees may apply.
