Quick answers
- Return window: 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

Return window and eligibility
Return period: 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
Condition: new, unused, unopened, and in original packaging (tamper seals intact for consumables).
Proof of purchase: your order number or email confirmation is required.
Important: returns must be started through the correct channel for your region. Returns sent without initiation may be delayed or refused because we cannot reliably match the parcel to your order.
What we accept
- Change of mind returns: accepted within 30 days if the product is new and sealed.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: contact us within 30 days so we can resolve it quickly.
- Exchanges: available for eligible returns (region rules below).
International note: due to customs restrictions, we cannot accept international returns. If your international order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we will make it right. In many cases we can resolve this without requiring a return.
Right of Withdrawal (EU customers)
If you are based in the EU, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your contract within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. If your order is delivered in multiple shipments, the 14 days begins from the day you receive the last item.
This is a legal right that exists independently of our commercial returns policy. Where it applies, it cannot be refused; see “What is excluded from the right of withdrawal” below for the limited categories where it does not apply.
How to exercise your right
Submit your request using our withdrawal form: https://antioxi-supplements.com/pages/withdrawal-form. If you use this online feature, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by email), including its content and the date and time of its submission, without undue delay. You can also notify us by email at info@antioxi-supplements.com, clearly stating that you wish to withdraw; if you use this option, we will likewise send you an acknowledgement of receipt without delay.
Returning the goods
You must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us. You are responsible for the cost of return postage.
Refund
We will refund the full purchase price, including the original standard delivery cost, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier. The refund will be made using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise, and you will not incur any fees as a result. No handling fee applies to statutory withdrawals.
We reserve the right to deduct from the refund any amount for diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
What is excluded from the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Opened consumables or health products where the tamper seal has been broken (for hygiene and health protection reasons)
- Custom or personalised orders
- Digital products or downloadable content that has been fully delivered with your prior consent
- Goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly

Legal Guarantee of Conformity (EU customers)
If you are based in the EU, you are entitled to a statutory two-year guarantee against goods that are defective, damaged or do not conform to what was described at the time of purchase. This applies regardless of whether the product has been opened and is separate from the 14-day right of withdrawal.
If you receive a product that appears defective, damaged or does not match its description, contact us at info@antioxi-supplements.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will assess your case and offer a remedy, which may include repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
This guarantee is in addition to any other rights you may have under applicable national law.
How to start a return or exchange
What happens next
- Start your return using the correct method for your region.
- Follow the packing instructions and send the parcel using the provided label if applicable.
- Once received and inspected, we process your refund or exchange.
EU customers exercising their statutory right of withdrawal should use the withdrawal form set out in the Right of Withdrawal section above, not the returns portal.
Handling fee (change of mind returns only)
Change of mind returns: a small handling fee is deducted from your refund per return shipment: £2.99 (or USD $4.00 equivalent).
No fee applies to damaged, defective, or incorrect items, or approved exchanges.
The handling fee does not apply to withdrawals submitted under the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
Refunds
Note: the process below describes our commercial (change of mind) returns process. EU customers exercising their statutory right of withdrawal are not subject to a discretionary approval. We will, however, still check returned goods to confirm they qualify for withdrawal (for example, that any tamper seal was not broken) and to assess whether a deduction applies for diminished value. See the Right of Withdrawal section above for details.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Refund timing: we initiate the refund promptly after approval. It typically appears on your original payment method within 10 days (bank or issuer dependent).
Late or missing refunds: first check with your bank or issuer. Processing times can vary. If it has been over 10 days since our approval email, contact us at info@antioxi-supplements.com .
Non returnable items
The exclusions below apply to our commercial returns policy. Exclusions that apply specifically to the statutory right of withdrawal are set out separately in the Right of Withdrawal section above.
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalised orders
- Downloadable or digital products
- Opened consumables or used personal or health products (unless defective)
Safety and hygiene: opened supplements and consumables are not eligible for change of mind returns.
Order cancellations
We ship quickly. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately. If your order has already shipped, please use the returns process once received (where returns are available).
Wholesale and bulk orders
Wholesale or B2B orders not placed via our consumer site follow separate terms and are generally not eligible under this consumer policy.
