  • Subscriptions: you can change or cancel at any time before the next renewal is processed.
  • Pre-orders: you can cancel any unfulfilled pre-order. Once fulfilled, cancellation is not available and returns follow our returns policy.

Some items on our store may be offered as a subscription or as a pre-order. This policy explains how changes and cancellations work for these purchase options.

Subscriptions

  • When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you select at checkout.
  • Your payment details are stored securely and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose a prepaid option where available.
  • Some subscriptions may automatically renew. You can cancel to prevent renewal.
  • You can change or cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal is processed.

Pre-orders

  • A pre-order is a purchase for an item that is out of stock or not yet available for immediate dispatch.
  • We may take no payment, a partial deposit, or full payment at checkout depending on the product and checkout settings. If payment is deferred, we may store your payment method and collect the remaining balance when the order is ready to ship.
  • Cancellations: you can cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled.
  • Once a pre-order has been fulfilled, you cannot cancel it, but you may be eligible for a return or refund in line with our Return and Refund Policy.

How to cancel or change

  1. Open your order confirmation email.
  2. Use the link in the email to view your order or manage your subscription.
  3. Follow the steps to cancel, pause, skip, or change your subscription, or request cancellation of an unfulfilled pre-order.
