Whisk flour, Matcha, baking powder & salt together in a bowl. |

Make a well in the center of the mixture & add 1 cup & 1 tbsp cashew milk, egg, olive oil & vanilla extract into the well. |

Whisk until well combined. |

Grease a small pan |

Transfer 2 to 3 spoonfuls batter to the pan and cook until golden brown. |
