Mushroom Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped dates
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seed
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp mushroom powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  •  mushroom energy balls

    8 Mushroom Blend Powder

    Directions

    Place all ingredients in a food processor and blitz until smooth.

    Roll mixture into balls (use a tea spoon to measure into equal parts).

    Roll in cocoa powder.

    Store in an airtight container in the fridge and enjoy!

    Allow to completely cool, remove from tin, serve and enjoy.
