Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • ½ cup oats
  • ¼ cup puffed rice
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 2 tsp 8 mushroom blend
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp mushroom powder
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 banana
  • Berries
  •  
    A bowl of oatmeal topped with banana slices, blueberries, and mushroom powder next to a pouch of Antioxi 8 Mushroom Blend mushroom supplements.

    Directions

    Place oats, rice puffs, milk, cocoa, peanut butter and mushroom powder in a bowl and mix together thoroughly.

    Place in the fridge over night to soak.

    In the morning, remove from the fridge, decorate with slices of banana, nut butter and berries. Serve and enjoy!
