phenomenal for sleep!

2 grams before bed. The benefits are numerous, even if not always "felt". The numerous studies on these wonderful fungi speak for themselves. I take it primarily for sleep, the immune system, longevity. I'd like to live to 100 and this mushroom is the Mushroom of Immortality after all! I don't trust my body to just any company, I love Antioxi's transparency in regard to lead, etc.
